Deliverable: written prior art report listing relevant documents with bibliographic data and brief relevance notes.
Not included: formal patentability opinion, FTO (freedom-to-operate) analysis, or invalidity study unless separately commissioned.

Databases: KIPO trademark register (registered marks and published applications).
Scope: one mark; up to three Nice classes designated by the client.
Analysis: identical and confusingly similar marks; visual, phonetic, and conceptual comparison for word/device marks.
Deliverable: written report listing conflicting or potentially conflicting marks with a preliminary risk indication.
Not included: unregistered (common-law) use survey, domain/social-media clearance, or opposition strategy unless separately commissioned.

Scope: one design concept (single article or one coordinated set presented as a single concept).
Analysis: overall visual impression and comparison of essential visual features under Korean design examination practice.
Deliverable: written report listing similar registered or published designs with brief comparison notes.
Not included: market/product survey, 3D CAD element-by-element charting, or overseas design register searches unless separately commissioned.

Professional fees for responding to Office Actions are calculated on a time-charge basis at USD 150 per hour, depending on the complexity of the official action and the scope of work required.
Patent: from USD 500; the professional fee does not exceed USD 1,000.
Trademark: from USD 300.
Industrial Design: from USD 300; the professional fee does not exceed USD 1,000.
